Bardfield Primary School

This project was commissioned by Creative Partnerships. Designed, made and constructed on site in collaboration with Wendy Stone, a fellow glass artist. The 2.5 metre mobile, made from strips of coloured acrylic was designed to be the focal point in the music and drama hall of the school.

We were also employed by Creative Partnerships to involve all the children in the school in the mobile’s construction. Working with each class we instructed the children to decorate each acrylic strip. When the mobile was installed, the children were so excited to see that they had helped create this work of art!
